Beer Lovers Bar Rotterdamstraat 105, 2060 Antwerp New, modern craft beer bar with an interesting selection of taps. Opened June 2016.

Den Bengel Grote Markt 5, 2000 Antwerp Not here so much for it's beer selection but for it's location: right on the Grote Markt. A good place for an early bolleke of De Koninck, especially in nice weather. The name roughly translates to "rascal," "scamp," or "naughty boy" etc.

Bier Central De Keyserlei 25, 2018 Antwerp Newish pub decorated to look like an old time Belgian cafe.

Billies Bier Kafetaria Kammenstraat 12, 2000 Antwerp Cozy corner pub with good food. Beer list seems to be constantly improving, with a few you don't see too often in Antwerp.

Billie's Bottle Shop Aalmoezenierstraat 38, 2000 Antwerp Bottle shop run by the Billie's Bier Kafetaria folks. Two taps for onsite drinking or growler take way.

Brewers Kitchen Oude Beurs 60, 2000 Antwerp Restaurant specializing in food and beer pairings, with an extensive beer list.

Cafe Ernst Ernest van Dijckkaai 19, 2000 Antwerp New modern cafe near the riverfront with a good tap list.

Cafe Highlander Stadswaag 21, 2000 Antwerp Corner pub near the University, this Scottish bar has over 100 whiskies. Beer selection is average. In a new location, around the corner from 't Waagstuk.

Cafe Mombossa Moorkensplein 37, 2140 Borgerhout A funky corner pub in the Borgerhout district (east of Centraal Station). Lots of bicycling racing memorabilia on the walls. Nothing special in the taps but a decent bottle selection and friendly staff. I am told it is a great place to watch bicycle races on TV. Live music on Sundays.

Cafe Pardaf Suikerrui 2, 2000 Antwerp Improved tap list and an impressive bottle list. Also a great selection of bag-in-the-box lambics.

Cafe Pelikaan Melkmarkt 14, 2000 Antwerp Corner locals pub behind the cathedral. Nothing special, just a cozy brown cafe.

Dr Beer Adriaan Brouwerstraat 31, 2000 Antwerp Combination pub and bottle shop.

Elfde Gebod Torfbrug 10, 2000 Antwerp The Eleventh Commandment: Eat, drink and be merry. Next to the Cathedral. The place is packed with religious statuary. Four house beers and four guests.

GRAAN Provinciestraat 60, 2018 Antwerp Craft beer and artisanal pizza.

Het Been Belpairestraat 28, 2600 Antwerp Cozy pub with a good beer list.

Den Hopsack Grote Pieter Potstraat 24, 2000 Antwerp Down a small side street and almost unmarked, so look closely. Officially from 8pm but seems sometimes to open sooner.

Korsakov Sint-Jorispoort 1, 2000 Antwerp Funky neighborhood place with some interesting beers.

Kulminator Vleminckveld 32, 2000 Antwerp Massive beer selection including a large selection of aged beers and beers from closed breweries. Literally a "Mom and Pop" operation, service can be a bit slow when they are crowded.

Moeskop Dageraadplaats 17, 2018 Antwerp Funky neighborhood cafe with a decent beer list.

De Pelgrim Boomgaardstraat 6-10, 2600 Antwerp Classic old pub -- newly renovated and reopened -- across from the De Koninck brewery.

De Quinten Matsijs Moriaanstraat 17, 2000 Antwerp Antwerp's oldest pub. Owned by DeKoninck (Duval/Mortgaat).

Spéciale Belge Taproom Lamorinierestraat 161, 2018 Antwerp New place (May 2018) with a warehouse/industrial vibe. At the back of a warehouse/industrial complex. The entrance in thru what looks like a garage on Lamorinierestraat. Now brewing beers on site.

Station 1280 Oudaan 15/w-25, 2000 Antwerp Bottle shop and tasting room formerly in Antwerp Centraal Station, but now in the city. Beers can be consumed onsite or taken away. Beers on draft for tasting. A bit hard to find int he Oudaan shopping center.

't Waagstuk Stadswaag 20 , 2000 Antwerp A bit hard to find, off of a small side street, but worth the effort. Extensive beer menu.

De Ware Jacob Vlasmarkt 19, 2000 Antwerp Traditional Antwerp brown cafe that had declined over the years and the closed. Reopened with more focus on beer and getting better with each visit.
